Muralitharan has become the highest wicket taker in onedays, breaking The Pakistan's legendary left arm fast blwler Wasim Akram's(502) record. He achieved this record by taking the wicket of India's Gautham Gambhir(155) who played splendid innings in 4th odi. Murali's lone wicket in innings brought up the the record. India scored a mamoth 332/5 in that match eventually won the match by 67 runs.
